Every meal plan your campus sells

Students tap once at the counter and the right plan applies itself. Your staff and your students see the same balance.

Unlimited, block plans and dining dollars

One student can hold several plans at once. Each swipe draws from the one that applies.

Unlimited

Unlimited swipes

No cap on meals. A minimum gap between two swipes keeps one card from feeding a whole table.

Amount

Dining dollars

A dollar balance loaded each period and spent at the price of each item.

Count

Block plans

A set number of meals per period, one deducted per swipe. Students and staff both see how many are left.

The meal plans panel: three plans side by side, each with its type, its allowance, when it renews and how many people are enrolled.
The three plans of a demo campus: unlimited coffee, a hundred dining dollars a month, and twenty lunches.

You decide how each plan works

  • The allowance and the period, with or without carry-over to the next one.
  • When the period renews, and when the reporting period resets.
  • Where and when the plan applies: days, hours, and which tills accept it.
  • Who it covers, and whether it is enabled, without touching the others.

One tap at the counter

The student taps, sees what is left on their plan and confirms. Staff see the same screen, so nobody has to look anything up.

  1. Terminal screen waiting for a tap, with a button to look someone up by name.
    1

The student presents their card or phone. No checkout queue, no name to look up.

  2. Terminal screen showing a student, the daily special at $12.50, her coffee and lunch plans, her dining dollars and her personal balance.

    Plans at a glance

Photo, name, the day's price, the plans still open and the balances behind them.

  3. Terminal screen showing the lunch plan with 16 of 20 meals remaining, and the buttons to confirm or cancel.
    3

    Confirm

The plan that applies and what it leaves are shown before anything is deducted.

  4. Terminal screen confirming the meal was recorded, with 15 of 20 meals remaining on the lunch plan.
    4

    Meal recorded

The meal is deducted and the new count appears, for the student and for the staff.
