One student can hold several plans at once. Each swipe draws from the one that applies.

No cap on meals. A minimum gap between two swipes keeps one card from feeding a whole table.

Block plans

A set number of meals per period, one deducted per swipe. Students and staff both see how many are left.

You decide how each plan works

  • The allowance and the period, with or without carry-over to the next one.
  • When the period renews, and when the reporting period resets.
  • Where and when the plan applies: days, hours, and which tills accept it.
  • Who it covers, and whether it is enabled, without touching the others.

One tap at the counter

The student taps, sees what is left on their plan and confirms. Staff see the same screen, so nobody has to look anything up.
